Kitscoty Jr. Sr. High School is located in the town of Kitscoty, Alberta. For this school year we have 270 students registered for instruction in grades seven through twelve.
We offer extensive programming including Junior and Senior Band, Industrial Arts, Home Economics and French Language instruction. Several CTS courses, including credits in many of the trades (Welding, Mechanics, Electrical, etc.) and Fire Fighting are offered through our Board's unique partnership with Lakeland College. Also, we offer courses in A/V Editing, Digital Photography and Computerized Numerical Control in our high tech lab facilities. For our Senior High, we also offer our Hockey Academy founded on Hockey Skills Canada curriculum.
We have a complete extra-curricular program for boys and girls including Cross Country, Volleyball, Basketball, Badminton, Track & Field, Drama and a comprehensive noon hour intramurals program. We have many opportunities to build leadership groups including some groups that travel abroad.
